While you're getting ready, or between the ceremony and reception while you're doing photos your guests can enjoy all the bounty the Hunter Valley has to offer with miniature wine-tastings while they wait. We can even organise wine-tastings and other novelties during the reception for something fun to do during breaks from the dancefloor.
Guest Support
Not only that, but we can also help your guests find their accommodation and arrange their transport too! If they need transport to and from airports and accommodation, booking somewhere to stay (including big group bookings so you're all together) and arranging entertainment for them while you're taking care of other wedding-day details like getting your photos done or getting ready for the wedding.
Website and Additional Support
We can provide you with a website set up for your guests to register their RSVP and email facilities so you can keep everyone updated in one place. The website provides functionality such as event listings so you can manage all the details of each segment of the day in one place. RSVP lists, capacity for dietary and guest information fill-ins so it's all streamlined and easy to use. From there we can help your guests get the extra support they need without you having to do anything!
